Sixth Form Community Tea Party

Catholic Social Teaching highlights the importance of family and community, and we welcome all opportunities to strengthen our links with the parish and wider community.

Before half term, Leweston Sixth Form students invited members of the Parish to an afternoon tea held in the Manor House. Students prepared the venue, baked cakes, made sandwiches and provided musical entertainment on the day. The Sixth Form students were delighted to chat to their guests over a cup of tea, many of whom knew members of staff or had past links with the school. Of course we hosted more familiar faces too, such as Father Robert and Sister Carmel. A successful afternoon and happy occasion for all.
