Leweston School celebrates impressive results at the British Youth Fencing Epee Championships, with Henry M winning bronze and Jess S joining the British Youth Fencing Development Programme.
Leweston School proudly had ten fencers representing both the school and the region at the British Youth Fencing Epee Championships in Sheffield. This event showcased a very high level of competition, with top fencers from across the country participating. The standout achievement for the school was Henry M securing a bronze medal in the U12 Epee, while Jess S earned a spot in the British Youth Fencing Development Programme.
The results were as follows:
U12 Boys: Henry M 3rd, Thomas H 42nd U14 Boys: Volodymyr L 53rd, Aidan K 74th U16 Girls: Jaimilyn 42nd U18 Boys: Jay C 18th, Dylan R 35th, Josh H 44th, Henry B 53rd, U18 Girls: Jess S 10th.
