On Thursday 8 February, Leweston Prep was visited by a very exciting Dinosaur Workshop.
Prep 1 and Prep 4 both had sessions with the workshop in the Padua Hall, discovering various dinosaur fossils and many interesting facts. At the end of the workshop, they got to meet two 'baby dinosaurs' - which was a very popular and exciting exercise for many of the students.
The workshop tied in brilliantly with Prep1's topic 'Nature and the Environment', their Literacy book 'Dinosaurs and all that Rubbish' and their recent learning of Mary Anning.
