Reception and Prep 1 recently enjoyed their 'Wow Days' to the fullest. These special days celebrate the topics the students have been exploring. This term, Reception embraced the theme of Superheroes, while Prep 1 delved into Dinosaur Discovery!
Reception Class had an amazing time on their Superhero-themed Wow Day! They started the day by decorating capes to bring their new story to life through drama. They also crafted their own spaceship and mixed hero potions before setting up and decorating their theatre for the day's story, 'Super Millie'.
Prep 1 began their morning with a dinosaur dig and some creative dinosaur crafting. The children shared delightful show and tell presentations and learned a lot about fossils! Before lunch, they baked delicious 3D dinosaur biscuits. After lunch, they crafted impressive dinosaur statues and engaged in exciting dinosaur activities! Prep 1 are remarkable, imaginative explorers who showcased their fantastic discovery skills.
